Job Description: Account Manager

Location: Wilmington, MA

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for managing the relationships with our customers, many of whom are leading healthcare providers in Certified Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty. The Account Manager will be responsible for the long-term health of our relationship with the senior leadership of the institution (CxO-level), as measured by customer satisfaction levels as well as broad-adoption of our solutions within the agency.

As a new role within HealthWyse, this individual will play an important role in shaping the overall customer relationship and customer satisfaction culture within HealthWyse. An Account Manager is required to leverage their strong business and customer communications experience to ensure customer needs are satisfied in a timely manner.

Account Managers are measured on their ability to establish and maintain successful relationships at customer sites. .

Job Functions:

  • Accountable for all aspects of the HealthWyse relationship throughout the customer lifecycle from sales, solution deployment, ongoing support and new solutions sales
  • Establish a customer reference program and identifying customer sites to participate
  • Build deep understanding of the customer environment, including key influencers and decision makers and business challenges, clinical and IT goals and how HealthWyse solutions could solve these problems
  • Develop strategic account plans to inform HealthWyse stakeholders of specific activities and business goals of all our customer relationships
  • Drive resolution of customer issues that may span business groups within HealthWyse
  • Monitor and take action on customer satisfaction through periodic, qualitative and quantitative measurement
  • Drive customer engagement and participation in product development efforts and user groups
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of HealthWyse software application capabilities
  • Provide product usability and customer requested features to the product management and development teams

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of customer-facing, senior executive relationship management experience in sales, customer account management or business development
  • Experience with clinical environments, enterprise software in the Certified Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty industry, and healthcare application software is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; clinical degree or Home Care Administration preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

Job Description: Financial Implementation Specialist

Location: Wilmington, MA

Reports to Customer Care Team Leader

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for documenting the necessary configurations for new customers and implementations. Working in concert with the Project Manager and the HealthWyse and customer project teams the Implementation Specialist will identify best practice and recommend a configuration leveraging standard existing functionality. The Implementation Specialist will identify and document any functional requirements not met by available software and work with the Project Manager and Product Managers to determine the need for and priority of development intervention.

The Implementation Specialists are measured on their ability to document and develop configurations within HealthWyse solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field: BS in Nursing or similar clinical experience, IT, Accounting or Engineering
  • Experience with clinical environments, enterprise software in the Certified Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty industry, and healthcare application software is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytic and problem solving abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Functions:

  • Lead the application design, solution testing, and serve as the primary contact for the Project Manager in developing and executing proposed configurations for area of expertise

Job Description: Senior Software Engineer—Web and Mobile Applications

Location: Wilmington, MA

Job Summary:

How often do you get to write an enterprise application suite from scratch?! We are at the very beginning of the migration our well-established product line to a new set of technologies. We are working with best-of-breed open source layers to build a modern application server suite to support our web applications, mobile applications and external system integrations.

Job Description: Technical Customer Care Specialist

Location: Wilmington, MA

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for end user support of HealthWyse software applications serving customers in the Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty markets. The CCS provides complex support to clients via phone, email, and web based solutions remotely, no work is provided at the customer’s site. They must possess a deep understanding of the organization's products and services, and may provide guidance to less experienced personnel. The CCS must have a knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. They must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The CCS performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. This position reports to the Customer Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex issues while working independently and with other members of the team.
  • Find creative solutions to unique problems.
  • Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps, as necessary.

Job Description: Financial Application Specialist

Job Summary:

The Financial Application Specialist is responsible for support of HealthWyse Financial Applications serving customers in the Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty markets. As a member of the Customer Care team, you will work closely with other members of Customer Care, Technical Support, Product Management, Software Development and Sales teams to ensure that customer issues are recognized, investigated and aggressively worked through resolution, including communication to the customer and internal documentation for future reference. This position requires day-to-day management of the customer relationship, and will involve direct telephone interaction with our customers.
